Located in the small town of Bonners Ferry in Northern Idaho, this four-unit townhome project introduces a new building typology to the area. Our design leverages our extensive experience in urban design principles to create a dense, sustainable, and contextually relevant living experience  for future residents.

Vehicle access to each attached garage is internalized to allow the street front to be clean for pedestrian access that creates a human scaled street experience. To maximize sites odd shaped density, the units are split into 2 buildings - larger building with 3 units and a standalone unit to the rear.

The project captures distant mountain views, while deep overhangs shades the summer evening south-west facing sun.
